Welcome to the Paychex Implementation Information Page. Here you will find training materials specific to your department and/or employment status as a Foundation employee. Additionally, notices and project status reports can be located within this area of the site.

Reminder: Foundation will go live in the new Paychex time and attendance system on December 30, 2018. All Foundation employees must register with Paychex Flex to create a user name and password. Employees who do not register, will not have the ability to clock in/out or record time in the system and will not receive a paycheck. If you have not received a registration email by December 14, 2018 please contact Foundation HR. Do not contact Foundation HR prior to that date.

Upcoming Training

Paychex training and refresher meetings will be held in College of Education room 1408:

December 17, 2018 – 10:00 am – 11:30 am | 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

December 19, 2018 – 10:00 am to 11:30 am
